9256例健康体检人群早期糖尿病检出率分析

摘　　要：目的探讨益阳市城区10单位连续4年共9256例次干职工糖尿病检出率及其变化规律，为糖尿病的防治提供依据。方法选择2008．2011年在我院体检检测血糖的10单位累计9256例次自然人群为研究对象，其中2008年2133例检测者为A组，2009年2264例为B组，2010年2375侧为C组，2011年2484例为D组，比较各年度各年龄段的血糖检测情况。结果4组糖尿病检出率随年度和年龄增加而增加，呈现明显的正相关P〈O．01和〈0．05。结论每年的总检出率有逐年显著增加趋势，因而在糖尿病的防治方面应更加大力度，务必高度重视。Objective To investigate the Yiyang City 10 units for four consecutive years, a total of 9256 cases of the times dry workers diabetes detection rate and its variation, provide the basis for the prevention and treat- ment of diabetes. Method： select times of natural population cumulative 9,256 cases of 10 units in our hospital examination testing blood glucose as the object of study in 2008-2011, 2008, 2133 cases detected by Group A, 2009, 2264 cases of group B, 2,375 cases in 2010 group C, 2011, 2484 cases of group D, the blood glucose test- ing compared for each year of all ages. Results： 4 groups of diabetes detection rate with the annual increasing age increased, showing a significant positive correlation P 〈0.01 and〈 0.05. Conclusion： The total annual detection rate year by year a significant increasing trend, and thus should be more efforts in the prevention and treatment of diabetes, be sure to attach great importance to.
