摘 要:通过对油田注水系统效率分析、实例计算 ,介绍了一种计算注水系统效率的方法 ,为分析油田注水系统效率提供了依据。从电动机、注水泵和管网运行效率等 3个方面 ,分析了影响注水系统效率的因素 ,进一步提出了优化注水工艺 ,提高注水泵效率 ,合理匹配增压泵和调整注水管网 ,增加油田注水系统效率的方法。该方法在文留油田应用后 ,注水系统效率提高了 2 %~ 5% ,取得了良好的经济效益。Aimming at the high energy consumption waterflood system in oilfield, how to improve waterflood system efficiency and decrease waterflood cost to increase waterflood development benefit is a main object in oilfield operating management. Here we introduced a kind of methed to calculate oilfield waterflood system to supply means in analyzing oilfield waterflood system efficiency by analyzing and computing its case history. Moreover, we analyzed the factors which influence waterflood system efficiency from three aspects:electric motor,waterflood pump and pipe network operating efficiency, then put forward programs to optimize waterflood process, improve waterflood pump's efficiency, reasonably match booster pump and adjust water injection pipe network, and increase oilfield waterflood system efficiency. Have been applied in Wenliu Oilfield, the waterflood system efficiency had raised 2~5 percent and got a good economic benefit.
