摘  要:150MW机组高背压供热改造是国内此种容量机组改造的第一台,改造后,机组在采暖期运行,供热能力和经济性达到预期目的;但在非采暖期运行,由于低压缸效率和低压缸做功能力下降,导致机组热耗率大幅度增加,降低了机组全年运行的经济性。由试验数据分析了机组高背压改造后的经济指标,分析了低压缸效率和做功能力下降的原因,提出了低压缸进一步完善的措施,采取两套转子互换或两套动静叶片互换的方案可以进一步优化低压缸运行性能,提高机组全年运行的经济性。The first 150MW unit was reconstructed for high back pressure circulating water heat supply in Yantai Power Generation Co. Ltd. The demands of heat supply and economical efficiency could be guaranteed when the unit operates in heating period. The heat consumption rate, however, substantially increases as a result of the decrease of the LP cylinder efficiency when the unit operates in non-heating period, which leads to a decrease of the annul profit. The economical efficiency as well as the reason that caused the decrease of LP cylinder efficiency are analyzed based on experimental data, which leads to methods to increase the LP cylinder efficiency. The LP cylinder efficiency and the annul profit could be increased more by replacing the reconstructed parts with originally designed rotor or the original designed final three stages in non-heating period.
