摘 要:实践能力不是单一学科能力,而是一种跨学科能力。实践能力是个体在自然和社会中生存与发展所必备的能力。较低层次能力是基于本能的适应自然与社会的生存能力;较高层次能力是源于本体的改造自然与社会的发展能力;另外,还有介于两者之间的中间层次的能力。实践能力评价是基础教育课程改革的重要组成部分,是检测基础教育阶段教育质量的重要手段之一。从实践能力评价的理论、政策和措施等层面发掘问题,从交流沟通能力、项目完成能力和管理协调能力等评价提供方法,并实现评价方法的有效整合,将有利于新课程的顺利推进。Practical ability is not a single subject ability, but a kind of interdisciplinary ability. Practical ability is the necessary ability for the individual to survive and develop in the nature and society. The lower level of ability is the survival ability for the individual to be adapt to the nature and society which is based on one's instinct; the higher level of ability is the developing ability for the individual to change nature and society which is derived from one's own body. Practical ability evaluation is not only the important part of the basic educational curriculum reform, but also one of the important means of testing the educational quality at the basic education stage. We shall explore problems from the level of the theory, policy and measures of practical ability evaluation; we shall offer evaluation methods from communication skill, project implementation capability and management coordination ability. Meanwhile, we shall realize the effective integration of the evaluation methods so as to be in favor of the smooth pushing forward of the new curriculum.
