摘 要:建立了一种冷轧薄带钢边部板形自动控制方法,即在以末机架为重点的板形反馈控制系统中,在主要针对常规边浪和中浪等的基本板形控制功能的基础上,基于末机架出口带钢边部与临近区域实测板形与目标板形的差值识别出带钢边部板形状态,再据此调节末机架以及上游机架相应的板形执行机构,实现对带钢边部板形如小边浪和小偏浪等的有效控制。实际应用表明,该技术能明显提高冷轧后带钢的边部板形质量。An automatic control method for edge shape of the cold rolled-strip is established in this paper. The basic shape control means, mainly for the conventional edge waves and central waves, are taken into use in this flatness feedback control system which focuses on the last stand of tandem cold mill. And the edge shape is i- dentified by the differences between measured flatness and target flatness in edge and its adjacent areas of strip. According to the identified results, the corresponding flatness control means of last stand and upstream stands are adjusted to control the edge shape effectively such as small edge wave, small slanting wave and so on. This technology has been applied to a thin strip cold rolling mill. The control effect of edge shape in this u- nit is improved obviously.
