摘　　要：第二代抗组胺药结构和种类不同,药效和代谢特点各不相同。对于不同程度的过敏性疾病可采用加大剂量或联合用药的方法治疗;对于慢性过敏性疾病,一般采用隔日服药至间断服药等降阶梯方式逐渐停药;对于儿童,孕妇,哺乳期妇女,肝、肾功能不全的过敏性疾病病人,应该选择相应的安全性高的抗组胺药。The second-generation antihistamines possess different structures and types, with various efficacy and metabol- ic characteristics. For allergic diseases of different degrees, either an increased dosage or a combination of different drugs could be used in the treatment. For patients with chronic allergic diseases, gradual withdrawal of drugs generally follows a pattern in top-down order, e.g. from medication every other day to intermittent medication. In case of children, pregnant women, lacta- tional women, hepatic or renal insufficiency patients with allergic diseases, relatively safer antihistamines should be chosen.
