喜炎平注射液治疗小儿秋季腹泻疗效的荟萃分析

摘　　要：目的:系统评价喜炎平注射液治疗小儿秋季腹泻的疗效和安全性。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普资讯网(VIP)和万方数据库中1989-2010年的相关文献,收集有关喜炎平注射液治疗小儿秋季腹泻的随机对照临床试验,由两名评价员独立评价纳入文献的质量,并进行异质性检验、荟萃分析和漏斗图分析。结果:共有22项研究符合纳入标准,其方法学质量均为C级。与对照组相比,喜炎平注射液治疗小儿秋季腹泻更为有效[比值比(OR)=4.95,95%置信区间(CI)=(3.84,6.39),P<0.000 01];退热时间更短[标准化均数差(SMD)=-0.72,95%CI=(-0.86,-0.57),P<0.000 01];止泻时间更短[加权均数差(WMD)=-1.41,95%CI=(-1.81,-1.00),P<0.000 01]。结论:喜炎平注射液具有治疗小儿秋季腹泻的作用,但不能排除文献质量低和发表性偏倚的缺陷。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Xiyanping injection in the treatment of autumnal diarrhea in children with meta analysis. Methods： Related literature about randomized control trials in the treatment of autumnal diarrhea in children with Xiyanping injection published during 1989--2010 were collected from Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI）, VIP database and Wanfang database, and evaluations were made by two reviewers independently. The data were statis tically analyzed by difference examination,meta and funnel plot analysis. Results： Twenty two researches met the accepting cri teria and their methodological quality was all grade C. Compared with the control group,Xiyanping injection is more effective to autumnal diarrhea in children Eodds ratio（OR） 4.95,950/oo confidence interval （CI,3. 84,6. 39）, P%0. 000 01],shorter onset time of antifebrile effect^standard mean difference （SMD） --0.72,95 ~ CI （--0.86,--0.57）, P＇~0. 000 011 and faster antidi- arrheal effect[weighted mean difference（WMD） -- 1.41,95% CI （ -- 1.81, -- 1.00）, P〈0. 000 011. Conclusion： Xiyanping injec- tion is effective in the treatment of autumnal diarrhea in children. However,the defect of poor literature quality and publication bias can＇t be excluded.
