摘  要:背景阿片类药物引起的痛觉过敏(opioid-induced hyperalgesia,OIH)日益引起关注,其机制有待深入研究。目的论述脊髓水平OIH的机制,以供临床研究防治此类痛觉过敏参考。内容就脊髓水平受体通路、信号转导路径及神经肽等方面,论述OIH的机制。趋向脊髓水平多种途径参与OIH,值得进一步研究。Background Opioid-induced hyperalgesia has received increasing attention, and the mechanisms need further investigation. Objective To expound some possible mechanisms of opioid-induced hyperalgesia in the spinal cord level, which may offer some methods for prevention of the hyperalgesia in clinic. Content This review provides some information about opioid- induced hyperalgesia in the spinal cord level, such as the receptors pathway, signal transduction pathway, neuropeptide and so on. Trend The detailed mechanism of opioid-induced hyperalgesia in the spinal cord level needs further study.
