国外保险业促进建筑防火的启示

摘　　要：通过文献和逻辑分析,发达国家保险业对建筑防火方面的促进主要表现在对建筑防火科技与信息发展、约束投保人行为、资助建筑消防三个方面,进而提出我国保险业需要在产险保前评估、差额费率、保后防损工作、建筑防火领域研究、建筑火灾风险预控、建筑防火宣传和教育工作等方面提高与加强。Through the literature and logic analysis, the developed countries of building fire protection of the insurance industry to promote the main performance on the building fire protection technology and information devel- opment, constraint policy -holder behavior, funding building fire three aspects, Chinese insurance industry is ex- pected to be improved on these aspects, such as pre - insurance assessment for property, balance rate, after - insur- ance loss prevention, building fire prevention research, building fire disaster.precaution as well as relative fire precaution publicity education, etc.
