和谐社会下我国矿业企业的社会责任研究

摘　　要：对于以矿业产业为主的地区,矿业企业不仅对当地经济建设做出重大贡献,而且对生态环境和资源的影响也举足轻重。矿业企业已成为构建当地和谐社会的主力军,因此,对于矿业企业来说,承担社会责任义不容辞。本文从企业与社会的视角出发,对矿业企业的社会责任进行分析,把企业社会责任研究理论结合到矿企中,提出了矿业企业社会责任理论及相关对策。研究表明:矿业企业的社会责任,既有一般企业社会责任,又有其独特的企业社会责任。In mining industry dominated areas, mining enterprises not only make a significant contribution to local economic development but also have an important influence on the ecological environment and resources. Mining enterprises have become the main force of building harmonious society, therefore mining companies should bear the social responsibility. In the perspective of the enterprise and society,this article puts forward the theory and content of mining enterprises＇social responsibility by combining the theory in the field of enterprises＇ social responsibility. Study has shown that： the mining enterprises＇ social responsibility has common features like the general enterprises＇social responsibility; meanwhile it has its own unique characteristics.
