摘　　要：煤炭是我国的主体能源,是国民经济的支柱产业,煤炭矿政管理是为保证煤炭资源的可持续开发利用而对煤炭资源进行科学管理,国家科学规划煤炭资源开发和合理监督煤炭资源勘查开采。本文简要概述了我国煤炭矿政管理现状,着重分析了我国煤炭矿政管理存在的问题,并且提出了我国煤炭矿政管理的改革重点,以达到有效实现煤炭资源的优化配置及合理开发利用的目的。Coal is China＇s main energy sources and the pillar industries of the national economic development, coal mining administration ensure to sustainable development of coal resource including national coal resource exploitation of scientific planning and reasonable supervision of coal resources exploration and exploitation. This article provides a brief overview of the present situation of China＇s coal mining administration,focusing on the analysis of the problems in China＇s coal mining administration and makes the focus of reform of China＇s coal mining administration to achieve the purpose of effective and rational development and utilization of coal resource.
