摘　　要：随着高等教育教学改革不断推进,高等地质教育培养的毕业生能否满足地矿行业快速发展的需要,引起国土资源部的关注。本文以用人单位对毕业生培养质量评价和高校教育教学现状为基础,调查分析了毕业生的培养质量,探讨了影响的原因与解决的对策。With the continuous progress of the higher education reform, whether higher education undergraduate students of geology can meet the needs of rapid development of mineral industries has caused the Ministry of Land and Resources concern. This paper is on the basis of the employing units on undergraduate students quality assessment and the current teaching state of the university education, Not only the training quality of undergraduate students was researched and analyzed, but also discussed the causes and solving countermeasures.
