摘 要:为了研究抗病毒中药复方制剂对兔感染猪瘟病毒后干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)的动态变化情况,试验采用水萃取法制备抗病毒中药复方浸膏,以猪瘟兔化弱毒(Hog cholera lapinized virus,HCLV)疫苗"C株"为模式病毒,将试验动物随机分为对照组、低剂量组(2.5 g/kg)、中剂量组(5 g/kg)、高剂量组(10 g/kg),以IFN-γ浓度为检测指标进行研究。结果表明:中、高剂量组能促进兔IFN-γ的产生,连续给药5次后的48小时极显著高于对照组和低剂量组(P<0.01),72小时时高剂量组显著高于对照组和低剂量组(P<0.05);高剂量组不仅能诱导健康兔产生IFN-γ,在HCLV引起IFN-γ下降的情况下作用更为明显。说明抗病毒中药复方制剂具有促进兔IFN-γ产生的作用,从而增强机体的免疫能力,并对病毒复制有一定的抑制作用。To research the antiviral Chinese herbal compound preparation to the dynamic change of IFN -γ of rabbit HCLV model infected with swine fever virus, the water - extraction method was used to prepare the antiviral Chinese medicine compound extractum. The experimental ani- mals were randomly divided into four groups including the Control group, the low - dose group(2.5 g/kg) ,midst - dose group(5 g/kg) , and the high - dose group( 10 g/kg). The HCIN was used as a model virus and IFN -γ concentration as a measurement indicator to research the dynamic change of IFN -γ with: The results showed that the midst - dose group and high - dose group could promote the generation of rabbit IFN -γ, and were significantly higher than the control group and low - dose group( P 〈 0. O1 ) in 48 houm alter continuously giving the medicine five times, and the high - dose group was very significantly higher than the control group and low - dose group in 72 hours ( P 〈0. 05 ). Not only the high - dose group could induce the healthy rabbits to produce IFN -γ, but also its function was more apparent in the condition of HCLV causing IFN -γ down. It indicates that the antiviral Chinese medicine compound preparation has the function to promote the generation of rabbit IFN -γ, so as to increase the body' s immunity ability, maybe it has some inhibitory effect on the virus replication.
