改良尿道会师牵引术治疗后尿道断裂

摘　　要：目的：探索后尿道断裂的安全有效治疗方法。方法：2008～2011年，28例采用改良尿道会师牵引术治疗后尿道断裂，术中均测定尿道两端恰好对合时的牵引重量及纱布外敷位置，术后再用术中测定的牵引重量及纱布外敷位置持续牵引。结果：全组随访28例患者，拔尿管后，均排尿通畅，4例经2-3次扩张尿道，2例出现阳痿，2例尿失禁，2-3月后自愈。结论：改良尿道会师牵引术是治疗后尿道断裂的简单易行可靠的方法。Objective： The purpose of this study is to find out a safe and effective method to treat pospterior uretharl rupture. Methods： From 2008 to 2011, 28 cases of posterior urethral rupture were treated with improved uretharl traction. The traction weight that the both ends of rupture urethra just have been connected properly and the place of gauze applied outside were measured during operation, and postoperative continues traction was performed according to the aboved measured figures. Results： All cases were followed up and the result showed that the patients could pass urine normally after removing the urinary catheter. Among them, dilation of urethra was carried out on 4 cases, impotence occurred in 2 cases, uroclepsia happed in 2 cases and healed after 2-3 months. Conclusion： Improved uretharl traction is a simple and reliable method for treatment of patients with posterior urethral pupture.
