复方星芪制剂抗肿瘤活性的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨民间验方复方星芪制剂的抗肿瘤活性。方法:采用小鼠腋下接种肿瘤细胞法测定复方星芪制剂的抗肿瘤活性,MTT法测定复方星芪制剂提取物对小鼠脾细胞的增殖活性。结果:复方星芪方对移植性肿瘤(肉瘤S180和肝癌H22)具有显著的抑制作用,对小鼠脾细胞的增殖具有促进作用,并有较好的剂量依赖关系。结论:复方星芪制剂有抗肿瘤作用,其抗肿瘤作用可能与促进机体免疫有关。Objective：To study the antineoplastic activity of compound recipe Xingqi preparation.Methods：Use tumor cells vaccination of mice armpit to determine anti-tumor activity and MTT method to determine proliferation activity for spleen cell.Results：The compound recipe Xingqi preparation has significant inhibitory action on portability tumor（sarcoma S180 and liver cancer H22）,but promoting effect for spleen cell proliferation and good dose-response relationship.Conclusion：The compound recipe Xingqi preparation has antitumor effect and its anti-tumor effects may be concerned with immunization promotion.
