摘　　要：平行直动推杆式直线减速器的传动机构事实上就是两个凸轮机构的组合 ,由稀齿齿条、密齿齿条、直动推杆、推杆支架及机架等组成 ,具有横向尺寸紧凑、传动效率高、承载能力大和传动比精确等特点。介绍了这种减速器的结构和工作原理 ,并根据变形分析对齿条与推杆滚子间的接触压力分布做了假设。推导出减速器中齿条与推杆滚子、活齿架与推杆之间各构件的受力计算公式 ,并针对某一减速器进行了实例计算 。The transmission mechanism of a parallel straight push rod linear reducer is in fact a combination of two cam mechanisms. The design feature and working principle of this reducer are introduced. The method of force analysis of the reducer is proposed on the basis of a supposition of the distribution of contact pressure between the push rod roller and the gear rack. Equations for calculating the forces on part of the elements of the reducer are derived. An example of calculation is given.
