摘　　要：目的:探讨经甲床复位注射器针头固定治疗手指末节骨折的疗效。方法:将55例手指末节骨折患者随机分为治疗组28例和对照组28例。治疗组采用5 mL注射器针头固定治疗;对照组采用传统克氏针治疗。结果:随访3个月～2 a,治疗组愈合时间与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组病例术后伤指外形满意,指甲生长平坦。末节屈伸功能良好,指腹感觉正常。结论:经甲床复位注射器针头固定治疗手指末节骨折方法,简便易行,疗效满意。Objective：To investigate the curative effect of fixed treatment for ungual phalanx of fingers fracture by hyponychium syringe reset needle.Methods：55 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,28 cases of each group.The treatment group（n=28） was treated by 5 mL syringe needle and the control group（n=27） was treated by traditional Kirschner wire.Results：The healing time of treatment group was better than control group by followed up from 3 months to 2 years.The finger shape obtains satisfaction and nail shows flat growth in treatment group（P0.05）.Paratelum flexion function is good and finger pulp feels normal.Conclusion：The fixed treatment for ungual phalanx of fingers fracture by hyponychium syringe reset needle is convenient with no incision scar and satisfactory curative effect.
