复方白矾溶液持续冲洗联合封闭负压引流术治疗骨科术后感染临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方白矾溶液持续冲洗联合封闭负压引流术治疗骨科术后感染的临床疗效。方法:将72例患者随机分为治疗组36例和对照组36例。治疗组采用复方白矾溶液持续冲洗联合封闭负压引流术,对照组采用石膏夹板制动加病灶局部外科常规换药。结果:对照组优良率为66.6%,治疗组优良率为97.2%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方白矾溶液持续冲洗联合封闭负压引流术治疗骨科术后感染疗效确切。Objective：To discuss the clinical curative effects on TCM continuing flushing combined with closed negative pressure drainage in the treatment of orthopaedic postoperative infection.Methods：72 cases were radomly divided into the treatment group（36 cases） and the control group（36 cases）.The treatment group was treated by compound alum solution for continuing flushing combined with closed negative pressure drainage while the control group was adopted plaster splint braking and surgical routine dressing of the focus locality.Results：The effective rate was 97.2% in the treatment group,while 66.6% in the control group.Comparison of the effective rates in two groups showed that the difference had statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： Compound alum solution for continuing flushing combined with closed negative pressure drainage has definitely curative effect in the treatment of orthopaedic postoperative infection.
