疮疡灵处方改进及其抗皮肤真菌感染的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:改进疮疡灵的处方组成,添加具有抗真菌活性的中药成分,并观察其抗皮肤真菌感染的临床疗效。方法:将70例皮肤真菌感染患者随机分为治疗组43例和对照组27例。对照组给予酮康唑,治疗组给予疮疡灵,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:两组体癣有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组手足癣有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:改进后的复方中药制剂疮疡灵治疗皮肤真菌感染疗效显著,使用方法简便。Objective：Improve the prescription of Chuangyangling,add antifungal activity of traditional Chinese medicine and observe the clinical effection of anti fungal skin infection.Methods：Select 70 patients with cutaneous fungal infections and divide them into Chuangyanglin group（treatment group） and Ketoconazole group（control group） to comparize them clinical effections.Results：The cure rate and the total efficiency of tinea corporis have the different statistically significant between the treatment group and control group（P0.05）.The cure rate and the total efficiency of foot and hand tinea have the different statistically significant between the treatment group and control group（P0.01）.Conlusion：The improved compound traditional Chinese medicine preparation Chuangyangling have the effection of the skin fungal infections,the method use simply,suitable for use in clinical and basic forces to promote and use.
