摘　　要：目的:探讨类风湿关节炎的治疗思路。方法:摘录中医典籍相关论述及近现代医家辨证论治经验进行相关论述。结果:类风湿关节炎病情初起及或活动期,辨证多数湿热型。结论:类风湿关节炎病情初起及或活动期,辨证多数湿热型,可予清热利湿,通络止痛的方药进行治疗。Objective：To confirm the early stage and active phase of rheumatoid arthritis belong to damp type and provide theoretical basis for clearing away heat evil and promoting dieresis and activating meridians to stop pain method.Methods：Extract related discusses of traditional Chinese medical classics and zheng differentiation-treatment experience of modern physicians.Results：Most of the early stage and active phase of rheumatoid arthritis belong to damp type.Conclusion：clearing away heat evil and promoting dieresis and activating meridians to stop pain method can achieve good effect.
