摘 要:以辽园多丽番茄为试材,采用雾培通氮气和空气低氧胁迫法,设置氧气体积分数为21%(CK)、10%和5%的3个处理,自第1花序花全部开放时连续处理45d,研究植株叶片光合参数、根系营养吸收及转运和果实产量品质对低氧胁迫的响应。结果表明,10%低氧处理植株叶片的净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2摩尔分数和蒸腾速率在处理初期(0~15d)均上升,15d达到最大值,与对照无显著差异。随着处理时间的延长,15~45d,10%和5%低氧处理植株4个光合指标均显著低于对照。低氧处理对根系和果实P、K和Mg吸收有显著影响,对N和Ca影响不显著。10%和5%低氧处理显著降低果实产量和品质。可见,长期根际低氧显著影响植株的光合生理和根系代谢,显著降低果实产量、感官品质和营养品质。根际O2富足可能是雾培条件下植株生长发育旺盛的重要原因之一。The root systems of tomato plants were treated with three different O2 volum fraction,21%(CK),10%,and 5%,at first inflorescence anthesis by areoponic culture for 45 d to investigate the response of photosynthesis,root nutrient uptake and transport,fruit yield and quality to prolonged root hypoxia.The results showed that photosynthetic parameters of 10% root hypoxia increased and reached maximum after 15 d,having no difference with CK.During 15-45 d,photosynthetic parameters of root hypoxia treatments were both significantly lower than those of CK.The uptake of P,K and Mg in root and fruit was significantly lower than CK.Root hypoxia had no effect on uptake of N and Ca.Root hypoxia can modify fruit yield,the organoleptic and nutritional qualities of tomato fruit.Enriched O2 around root zone may be the main reason of aeroponic tomato growing stronger.
