摘　　要：目的比较正常早期妊娠与早期自然流产患者蜕膜组织中孕激素受体（PR）和白细胞介素-15（IL-15）的表达的差异，探讨早期自然流产的母体因素某些方面的发病机制。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测25例早期自然流产妇女（研究组）和20例正常早期妊娠妇女（对照组）蜕膜组织中PR和IL-15的表达水平。结果①两组蜕膜组织中均可检测出PR和IL-15的表达。②两组蜕膜组织中PR和IL-15表达的阳性率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），但对照组表达强度均高于研究组，两组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论PR和IL-15在子宫蜕膜组织中表达强度的降低与早期自然流产关系密切，是早期自然流产的母体因素复杂网络中的某一微小侧面。Objective To compare the expression of PR and IL-15 in decidua tissues between early normal pregnancy and spontaneous abortion in early gestation stage. The pathogenesis of early spon- taneous abortion was also researched. Methods Content 25 cases of early spontaneous abortion women （ as the researching group） and 20 cases of healthy women with early normal pregnancy （ as the control group）. Streptavidin perorxidase immunostaining technique was used to examine the expression of PR and IL-15 in both groups. Results （1）The expressions of PR and IL-15 were founded in decidua tissues of both groups. （2）There was no significant difference in the expression positive rate of PR and IL-15 be- tween the two groups （P 〉 0. 05）, but the expression intensity of the control group was higher than that of the researching group, and the difference was significance （p 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The lower ex- pressions of PR and IL-15 in decidua tissues are intimately associated with early spontaneous abortion. This is a little profile of complicated network of maternal cause in early spontaneous abortion.
