摘　　要：目的探讨输卵管阻塞介入再通术在输卵管阻塞性不孕症中的临床应用价值。方法在数字减影血管造影机的透视导引下，应用美国COOK公司生产的输卵管再通介入器械对130例患者共254条输卵管行再通术，术后给予常规抗炎治疗开定期行输卵管再通治疗。结果插管成功率为95．2％，再通率为88.9％，受孕率为33．6％，无输卵管穿孔等严重并发症。结论输卵管介入再通术是目前治疗输卵管阻塞最有效的方法之一。Objective To investigate the clinical value of interventional therapy for infertility caused by fallopian tube obstruction. Methods Under the guiding of DSA, the fallopian tube recanalization with cook equipment. A total 254 parts of 130 cases were operated with recanalization, and the patients were given common anti-inflammatory treatment after the interventional therapy. Results The successful rate of intubation was 95.2% , recanalization rate was 88.9% , normal pregnancy rate was 33.6%, after interventional therapy. No serious complication occured. Conclusions Interventional therapy is an effective method for treatment of fallopian tube obstruction.
