摘  要:目的探讨掌侧锁定加压钢板(LCP)内固定治疗桡骨远端骨质疏松性骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析掌侧入路LCP内固定治疗桡骨远端骨质疏松性骨折25例,依据AO分类,B2型4例,B3型6例,C1型7例,C2型4例,C3型4例。分别测定术后6周、3个月、6个月和1年腕关节活动度,并应用评定量表Gartland和Werley的标准评价其临床疗效。结果全部获得随访,平均10个月(8~19个月)。X线片显示骨折全部I期愈合,平均愈合时间为8周,均无并发症发生。腕关节活动情况可,其功能评价:优10例,良9例,可4例,差2例,优良率为92%。结论掌侧LCP内固定治疗桡骨远端骨质疏松性骨折复位满意,固定坚强,可早期进行功能锻炼,是一种较好的方法。Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of distal radial osteoporotic fractures treated with volar locking compression plate (LCP) internal fixation. Methods Retrospective analysis 25 cases of distal radial osteoporotic fractures treated with volar LCP internal fixation, according to AO classification:Four cases were type-B2, 6 cases were type-B3, 7 cases were type-C1, 4 cases were type-C2 and 4 cases were type-C3. The wrist joint mobility was measured postoperative in six weeks, 3 mouths, 6 months and 1 year, respectively. The clinical curative effects were evaluated according to the scale Gartland and Werley standard. Results All cases were followed up for 8-19 months (mean 10 months). The X-ray picture showed that unions had been achieved in all patients and a mean healing time was 8 weeks, and there was no complication. The wrist joint activity was well, its function evaluation: Ten cases were excellent, 9 cases were good, 4 cases were fair and 2 cases were poor, the satisfactory rate was 92%. Conclusions The volar internal fixation of LCP for distal radial osteoporotic fractures showed a good clinical outcome, it fixed strongly, it allows the patients to begin early functional exercise, so it is a kind of good method.
