装备制造业发展速度之现状分析与提升对策研究——以辽宁省大连市为研究实例

摘　　要：根据全国暨辽宁省和大连市三个区域级别的装备制造业年鉴数据分析的结果表明,大连装备制造业发展速度有缓慢趋势并且有待提高。基于行业发展的优势特征研究和发展速度的问题分析,大连市的装备制造业应该推行全球化合作转化发展、行业优势化发展、行业和企业制度革新化发展,以及结合大连市政府"两区一带"的发展策略,全面提升大连装备制造业的发展速度。The statistical yearbook data of three geographical levels including China, Liaoning Province and Dalian City shows that there is a slow trend in the development speed of the equipment manufacturing industry which should be accelerated. Based on the analysis of advantage features of industrial development and the analysis of current situation of development speed, the research suggests some strategies for the equipment manufacturing industry in Dalian such as global cooperation and transformation, industrial advantageous development and reforming of enterprise system. The development policy--＂two accumulation areas and one industrial belt＂ advocated by Dalian Government should also be integrated into the strategies. With these countermeasures, the development of the equipment manufacturing industry in Dalian will speed up.
