摘 要:在付纳线管道现场及室内焊缝缺陷检测定量、材料力学性能测试、应力分析测试等试验研究结果的基础上 ,针对检测中发现的最严重的表面裂纹缺陷 ,参照英国中央电力局CEGB新R6标准 ,采用断裂力学的失效评定图技术 ,对管线在 3 0MPa下运行的安全可靠性进行评定分析 ;从而为付纳线的压力检验及升压运行的操作工艺、运行参数提供理论依据 ,指导付纳线管道安全生产。评定结果表明 ,检测中发现的最严重的裂纹缺陷在 3 0MPa下允许存在 ,管线在 3 0MPa下可以安全运行 ,并且在一次应力和断裂韧性方面分别有 1 33和 1 32的安全系数 ,螺旋焊缝缺陷比环焊缝缺陷相对危险。On the basis of the results in the experiments and researches,such as the detection and quantitative determination of welding seam defect,the test of material′s mechanical proporty and the test of stress analysis,etc.done both at the work site of Fu-Na pipeline and in room and taking aim at the most serious surface crack defect discovered in the detection,the safety and reliability of the pipeline at 3.0 MPa are assessed and analyzed by applying the failure assessing diagram technique in fracture mechanics and refering to the new CEGB R 6 standard by the Central Power Administration of Britain,Providing thus a theoretical basis for the pressure detection and the operating technology and parameters in pressure increasing operation for Fu-Na pipeline,to guide the safe operation of Fu-Na pipeline.The assessed results show that the most serious crack defect discovered in the detection is allowable at 3.0 MPa and the pipeline can safely run at 3.0 MPa.The safety coefficients of the primary stress and the breaking ductility are 1.33 and 1.32 respectively and comparatively speaking,the defect of spiral seam is more dangerous than that of ring seam.
