摘  要:为确保重庆市境内大天池气田的天然气集输工程安全可靠地输送含硫天然气 ,川东开发公司在气田上普遍采用三甘醇 (TEG)脱除进入集输管线的含硫天然气中的水分 ,以实现干含硫气输送。文章介绍具有代表性的安装在天东 9井的 1 0 0× 1 0 4 m3/d引进橇装TEG脱水装置的情况 ,包括装置橇块构成、工艺流程、主要工艺设备和实际运行参数等 ,其中列出了冬、夏干气露点控制 ,TEG浓度、TEG循环量等参数 ,并介绍了自动调节回路和联锁回路。最后 ,对实际运行中出现的问题进行了分析 ,并针对存在问题提出了建议。In order to avoid the internal corrosion of pipeline,using triethylene glycol(TEG)as the dehydrant for deeper dehydration of the gas from gas field has been designed to realize the transportation of the dry sour gas through Jian-Du pipeline.Along the pipeline,six dehydration units have been set-up,of which,four imported units are distributed as follows:one set of 100×10 4m 3/d and one set of 50×10 4m 3/d at well Tiandong-9;one set of 100×10 4m 3/d,at well Tiandong-29 and one set of 50×10 4m 3/d,at Tiandong-12.The principal equipments of the other five units are made at home,having a total daily processing capacity of 900×10 4m 3.At the end of 1977,after the imported dehydration unit of 50×10 4m 3/d at well Tiandong was brought into operation,two sets of imported dehydration units at well Tiandong-9,two sets of domestic dehydration units at Jiangzhi and one set of domestic dehydration unit at well Yuedong-1 have been successively brought into operation.Through an operation for one and half year,the dehydration degree and consumed norm of the units are conform with or close to the requirements of the design,and the single unit ran in good condition,some problems however appeared also.In this paper,taking the imported dehydration unit of 100×10 4m 3/d at Tiandong-9 for example,the operation situation of the dehydration units is analyzed in detail and some proposals for raising the dehydration degree and guaranteeing the quality of glycol and a good operation of single unit are proposed.
