摘　　要：分析了涂料领域发明专利申请的特点。介绍了专利申请前的准备工作。阐述了说明书和权利要求书的撰写方法,并列出权利要求书中常见的形式缺陷和应对方法。The characteristics of the invention patent in the field of coatings were analyzed. The preparation work before the application of a patent was introduced. The writing methods of claims and description were described. The common defects in the form of the claim and the corresponding solution were listed.
