摘　　要：网络发展带来的舆情风险,已经引起各界人士的高度关注。司法领域也不除外。舆论监督司法具有正当性基础,但当前司法领域涉案舆情民意过度介入司法的现象凸现,通过深入剖析其原因,论证分析检察机关应当如何积极、有效应对这一新型监督方式,必然对当前的司法实践有所助益。Public sentiment risks of network development,has aroused public concern,judicial field is no exception.Public opinion supervision has judicial legitimacy foundation,but now the phenomenon of public opinion excessively intervene judicial administration is highlighted.Through in-depth analysis of its causes,demonstrate that the procuratorial organ how to effectively respond to the new mode of supervision,with a view to be somewhat helpful to the judicial practice.
