摘  要:This paper presents some further results on the local stability of a recently developed Intemet congestion control scheme, namely the loss ratio and rate control random early detection (LRC-RED) algorithm. Necessary and sufficient stability conditions in terms of key tuning parameters are derived, which can provide further guidelines for control gain selection.
