3932和3933条形铂铼重整催化剂及两段装填工艺的工业应用

摘　　要：3932、3933条形铂、铼双金属重整催化剂及两段装填工艺在济南炼油厂 1 50kt/a半再生式重整装置上进行了工业应用。经过两个周期的运行 ,结果表明 :该催化剂强度好 ,压降小 ,活性选择性和稳定性良好 ,抗干扰能力强 ,且再生后活性恢复良好。汽油产品的研究法辛烷值达 92以上 ,收率约 90 % ,装置产氢量较大 ,氢纯度高。Two stage filling technology and commercial application of 3932 and 3933 strip form platinum rhenium reforming catalysts have been successfully used in a 150 kt/a semi regenerative reforming unit at Jinan Refinery. The commercial application showed that the said catalysts have the advantages of high strength, low pressure drop, high activity, selectivity and stability; and the activity can be restored after regeneration. The naphtha product yield was about 90% with a RON higher than 92. Both the hydrogen production and its purity were high.
