甘舒霖30R治疗妊娠糖尿病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察甘舒霖30R治疗妊娠糖尿病临床效果。方法选择2006年3月—2011年3月妊娠糖尿病患者61例,随机分为治疗组(n=31)和对照组(n=30),治疗组给予甘舒霖30R,对照组给予诺和灵30R,根据血糖控制调整胰岛素用量,对2组的临床疗效进行分析。结果 2组治疗后空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)、餐后血糖(postprandial blood glucose,PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin A_1c,HbA_1c)、血糖达标时间、胰岛素用量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甘舒霖30R治疗妊娠糖尿病与诺和灵30R临床疗效相当,均可用于妊娠糖尿病的治疗。Objective To observe the effects of Gansulin 30R in the treatment of gestational diabetes. Methods From March 2006 to March 2011,61 patents with gestational diabetes were divided into treatment group （ n = 31 ） and control group （ n = 30 ）. The patients of treatment group were given Gansulin 3OR, the patients of control group were given Novolin 3OR. The insulin dosage was adjusted according to blood glucose, and the effect were analyzed. Results After treatment, there were no significant differences between the two groups in fasting blood glucose （FBG） , postprandial blood glucose （PBG） , glycosylated hemoglobin A1 c （ HbA1 c）, insulin dosage. Conclusion Gansulin 30R and Novolin 30R have equivalent clinical efficacy for treatment of gestational diabetes.
