摘　　要：针对饲料磷酸氢钙生产装置中存在的磷酸预处理净化工艺安全隐患、装置产能低、产品合格率低等问题进行改进,改进后磷酸预处理工艺消除了安全隐患,装置产量在原基础上提升22.2%,产品质量合格率由92.3%达到93.48%。Elaboration was done against the problems such as the heavy risks within the production process of phosphoric acid purification, the low efficiency that cannot meet the designed capacity and the low pass rate of the quality test etc Furthermore, improvements, which show good results after being applied, are proposed. As the potential risks are eliminated by preprocessing of phosphoric acid, the output is boosted by 22.2%, the qualified proportion of product is raised from 92.3% to 93.48%.
