摘　　要：道路交通事故的频繁发生已经成为严重的社会问题。道路交通事故的发生除了驾驶员的因素外,还涉及到道路交通体系的完善程度、道路交通法规、道路使用者的安全意识及汽车制造等一系列复杂的因素。对于运输车队而言,安全管理尤为重要,而安全管理的重点主要是驾驶员和车辆。驾驶员的安全管理1.制订严格的录用与考核制度任何一家运输公司都希望招聘到安全意识强、驾驶技能娴熟的优秀驾驶员;today,high frequency of serious road accident has become one of the extreme important social problems.Besides drivers' own problems,there are many complicated factors in the course,such as degree of perfection of traffic system,regulations of road traffic,safety awareness of common people and manufacture of vehicles,etc.As for transport fleet,safety management is extreme important,and drivers and operating vehicles are the top two factors above all.
