基于FTA的基层干部心理问题探因

摘　　要：将基层干部的心理问题作为顶上事件,运用事故树分析法(FTA)对导致基层干部心理问题的主要原因进行层层探索,确定了众多原因之间的逻辑关系,建立了基层干部心理问题事故树。然后通过对事故树的定性分析,计算出了基层干部心理问题事故树的最小割集和最小径集,从而确定出影响基层干部心理健康的主要因素,并提出了相关对策,对国家从宏观大局的角度实施基层干部的心理干预以及提升整个干部队伍的心理抗压能力具有一定的参考价值。In this paper,FTA is used to analyze causes of the psychological problems of grassroots cadres,logical relations among which are ascertained,and a fault tree is established where the psychological problems of grassroots cadres are considered as top event.Then by employing qualitative analysis,the minimum cut sets and minimum path sets of the fault tree are worked out,and the main factors inducing psychological problems are ascertained.At last,the authors puts forward some corresponding counter-measures.There is some reference value for the government to implement psychological intervention of grassroots cades.
