摘　　要：改革开放以来,随着社会经济的快速发展,我国正经历着社会转型期,特别是文化领域内东西方思想文化价值观发生着激烈的碰撞。社会解组使得道德规范弱化,社会控制力度减小。网络上的不良信息传播、教育观念的错误导向、家庭因素影响、同辈群体的亚文化影响、"90后"自身生理的改变等原因使一部分"90后"青年对人生观、价值观产生了迷茫,致使他们做出了一些与主流价值观相违背的事情。只有重组社会主义主流价值观、构建社会规范和秩序、完善相应的法律法规、运用社会工作的专业方法等才能使"90后"青年人树立正确的人生观和价值观,从而在人生的航道上不再迷失方向。With the implement of Reform and Opening-up and the development of society and economy, China is experiencing a period of social transformation. Especially in the cultural field, the values of the East and West are clashing intensely. Moreover, the social disorganization makes the moral and the power of social control become weaker. The spread of bad information on internet, the misleadingness of education concept, and the influence of family background, sub culture, and physical change in 1990s, all make the young generation born in 1990s have be- wilderment with outlook on life and values, and make their deeds violate the values of mainstream. Therefore only through the reconstruction of socialistic mainstream values and social orders, the enactment of relative laws and rules,and the application of special methods of social work can we help the 1990s generation to form right outlook on life and values and never lose themselves in the voyage of life.
