摘 要:目的建立一个科学的呼吸道传染病风险评估体系,提高口岸呼吸道传染病防控风险评估的科学性和准确性。方法对检验检疫机构在甲型H1N1流感中的防控经验进行回顾研究,同时采取德尔菲法对风险评估因素进行确认和判定,利用矩阵分析方法确认风险水平。结果确立了口岸呼吸道传染病传入的可能性影响因素和危害程度影响因素,在甲型H1N1流感疫情早期的评估中客观准确。结论建立了科学有效的口岸呼吸道传染病风险评估体系。Objective To establish the risk assessment index system on imported respiratory infectious diseases at ports. Methods The experience of prevention and control for imported influenza A(H1N1) in the health quarantine system were reviewed and studied.Based on the Delphi Method,the risk assessment factors were evaluated,as well as adopting matrix analysis the level of risk was confirmed.Results The index to analyzing the risk possibility and the severity of hazards of imported respiratory infectious diseases were established.It was impersonality and scientificity in the application of risk evaluation in influenza A(H1N1) prevention and control at Beijing ports at early days.Conclusion It is necessary to establish the scientific risk assessment index system on the import,transmission and spread of respiratory infectious diseases at ports.
