摘　　要：为了研究建立国境口岸重大呼吸道传染病防控应急物资配置机制,本文参考北京口岸2009年甲型H1N1流感防控情况,首先阐述了重大呼吸道传染病检验检疫防控应急物资的定义和特点,进而按照用途和需求特征对应急物资进行了分类分级,明确了应急物资的储备模式。在此基础上,提出了基于供应链管理的应急物资配置机制建设思路,从采购和管理方面提出国境口岸重大呼吸道传染病防控应急物资配置机制建设建议。To study the establishment of allocation mechanism for emergency supplies on prevention and control of severe respiratory infectious diseases at frontier ports.This paper was referred to the situation in 2009 on prevention and control of influenza A（H1N1）,the first,defines emergency supplies and elaborates its characteristics on prevention and control of severe respiratory infectious diseases inspection and quarantine,and then make clear of emergency supplies reserve mode by classifying and grading the emergency supplies in according to its purposes and demand characteristics. Thus,put forward constructive ideas for allocation mechanism of emergency supplies based on supply chain management, and make constructive recommendations from procurement and managing aspects for allocation mechanism for emergency supplies on prevention and control of severe respiratory infectious diseases at frontier ports.
