摘 要:研究了D101、LD601、LS-303B、LX-28、LX-38型大孔树脂对黄酮的吸附及分离性能。结果表明,LD601型大孔树脂对黄酮的吸附效果较好,pH 2~4的盐酸溶液中,静态吸附量为5 849.312μg/g,对流速2 mL/min黄酮溶液的吸附率可达96.27%,负载1 500μg黄酮的LD601树脂,用40%乙醇50 mL以3 mL/min流速进行解吸,解吸率可达97.51%。The adsorption of macroporous resin for flavonoids was studied in detail.The results showed that the LD601 macroporous resin has the best effection which compared with the D101,the LS-303B,the LX-28 and the LX-38 macroporous resins.In pH 2~4 HCl medium,the static adsorption capacity was 5 849.312 μg/g and at a flow rate of 2 mL/min,the adsorption rate of LD601 macroporous resin can reach 96.27%.The LD601 macroporous resin which 1 500 μg flavonoids adsorbed on can be eluted entirely by 50 mL 40% alcohol solution at a flow rate of 3 mL/min.The desorption rate can reach 97.51%.
