摘　　要：介绍了鞍钢莆田1450 mm酸轧机组酸洗过程控制系统开发概况,包括系统组成与功能等。重点介绍了其中的三个关键功能:酸洗段全线设定值计算与下发、物料跟踪和速度优化功能。该系统投入试运行后,运行稳定可靠,自动化水平较高。The process control system （PCS） in the1450 mm pickling and tandem cold rolled production line of Angang-Putian is briefly introduced concerning the configuration and functions of the system. Three key functions such as calculation and output of set values for the pickling line, semi-finished steel sheets tracking and optimization of the steel sheet running speed are dis cussed especially. The PCS has been operating steadily and reliably since it is put into trial opera tion, which indicates a high level in automation.
