摘　　要：针对鞍钢2580 m3高炉炉缸局部砖衬温度升高的情况,采取了从风口喂入含钛包芯线的措施进行护炉。实践表明,风口喂线能够对炉缸局部起到护炉作用,减缓了铁水对砖衬的侵蚀速度,同时具有护炉成本低、不影响高炉顺行的优点。With regard to the situation of temperature rising at local brick linings in the hearth of 2580 m3 BF in Angang, the measure for protecting the hearth of BF is taken by feeding titanium-bearing corded wires through tuyeres. Operating practice shows that the hearth of the BF can be protected partially by feeding Ti-wires through turyeres, which slows down the velocity of hot metal erosion to brick linings. By taking this measure the cost for maintenance work is reduced and stable operation of the BF can be guaranteed.
