摘  要:川东地区含硫气井通常采用地面节流降压、水套炉加热工艺组织气井生产,地面工艺建设延迟了气井投产,冬季地面集输管线时常出现水合物堵塞介绍了含硫气井井下节流技术的优化与改进,并在现场应用14口井,降低了气井井口压力,防治了水合物的形成,从而简化了地面工艺,节省了站场建设投资,经济效益显著。Ground throttle and decompression,and heating of water jacket furnace are normally used to carry on the production of sour-gas wells in eastern Sichuan Basin.Well commissioning is often delayed due to ground construction.Ground gathering and transferring pipelines are often plugged by hydrate in winter.A technology of downhole throttle is presented in this study and has been applied to 14 wells.Their wellhead pressure dropped,and the formation of hydrate was prevented.Thereby,the ground technology is simplified,the investment on station construction is saved,and the economic benefits are remarkable.
