摘　　要：日本在处理垃圾方面形成了一套强化主体责任、推动严格分类、实现垃圾处理减量化,资源化的做法。日本之所以能够顺利实现垃圾分类处理,是因为日本国民的危机意识、集团意识都特别强,还有整个民族的教育水平、国民素质高。另外宣传力度大和环保管制严也是不可忽视的原因之一。Japan is processing waste which formed a system that is to strengthen the main responsibility, promote implementation of strict classification garbage, achieve reduction of garbage, and transfer into renewable resource. Japan could be able to achieve waste classification treatment smoothly, because the Japanese have strong national crisis consciousness, group consciousness, the whole national level of education, and the high national quality. And publicity and environmental control are the reasons that can not be ignored.
