晚期血吸虫病患者专用生活质量量表的编制与评价

摘　　要：目的编制适合晚期血吸虫病患者的专用生活质量量表。方法按结构化决策方法编制量表,条目池经专家认可,对181名患者进行调查后,采用t检验法、相关分析法、因子分析法等5种方法联合进行条目筛选,由保留条目组建量表测试版,对测试版量表信度和效度进行考评。结果编制了含27条目的晚期血吸虫病患者专用生活质量量表(测试版)。其中,疾病维度9条目,生理维度5条目,社会维度4条目,心理维度7条目,满意度维度2条目。测试版量表一周重测信度为0.815,Cronbach’sα系数为0.848。探索性因子分析提取10个公因子,可解释晚血患者得分变异的78.481%。测试版量表能较好地区分不同年龄组和不同病情程度患者。结论晚期血吸虫病患者专用生活质量量表(测试版)是可信、有效、敏感的,可作为晚期血吸虫病患者生活质量的测评工具,应用于临床,能为不同患者的治疗提供指导。Objective To develop a specific quality of life（QOL） scale for patients with advanced schistosomiasis.Methods The scale was developed by the programmed decision method.The item pool was certified by experts.Five methods were usd in item selection after a pilot study for 181 patients with advanced schistosomiasis.The validity and reliability of the scale were tested.Results A 27-item Quality of life scale for patients with advanced schistosomiasis（prior-test version） was formed,including five domains： disease（9 items）,physical（5 items）,social（4 items）,psychological（7 items） and satisfaction（2 items）.The test-retest correlation co-efficient,Cronbach＇α coefficient of scale-prior test version were 0.815,0.848,respectively.Exploratory factor analysis resulted in a ten-factor solution,accounting for 78.481% of the total variance.Scale-prior test version could well discriminate the patients in different age groups and different types.Conclusions Quality of life scale for patients with advanced schistosomiasis（prior test version） is reliable,valid and sensitive,it can be well used in clinical research to provide advice on treatment for different patients.
