摘　　要：目的观察新型植物提取液防蚴灵预防血吸虫尾蚴感染的防护效果。方法从湖北省团风县、阳新县、黄陂区各随机抽取一个发放使用防蚴灵防护剂的行政村,从每个行政村随机抽取≥50名接触疫水前涂擦防蚴灵的村民作为观察组;另从每个调查现场随机抽取≥50名接触疫水前未涂擦防蚴灵药物的村民作为对照组,使用统一调查问卷现场调查。结果观察组159人,平均接触疫水时间为230 min/d,血检阳性率为3.14%,粪检阳性率为1.89%;对照组172人,平均接触疫水时间为210 min/d,血检阳性率为9.30%,粪检阳性率为6.40%,经统计学检验,血检阳性率χ2=5.3,P=0.02(P<0.05)、粪检阳性率χ2=4.1,P=0.04(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论防蚴灵防护剂对预防日本血吸虫尾蚴经皮肤感染效果明显。Objective To observe the effect of Fangyouling to prevent schistosomiasis.Methods 3 administrative villages were randomly selected from Tuanfeng county,Yangxin county and Huangpi district as sample areas.More than 50 villagers who had rubbed Fangyouling before touching infectious water were randomly selected from each area as the experimental group.And more than 50 villagers who had not rubbed Fangyouling before touching infectious water were randomly selected from each area as the control group.Results There were 159 people in the experimental group.The average time of touching infectious water was 230 min/day.Positive rate of blood test was 3.14%,and positive rate of stool examination was 1.89%.There were 172 people in control group.The average time of touching infectious water was 210 min/day.Positive rate of blood test was 9.30%,and positive rate of stool examination was 6.40%.The Chi-square of blood tests was 5.3（P0.05）and the Chi-square of stool was 4.1（P0.05）.Therefore,the result of the blood test and stool examination were of significant difference.Conclusions Fanyyouling had prophylatic effect against Schistosomiasis infection.
