摘　　要：采用GIS技术、数据库技术和网络技术,集成土地整治项目专项工程专题信息,研究开发某省土地整治项目绩效评价系统,实现某省土地整治项目的地域管理、部门管理、联络员管理及专家系统查询等系统管理功能,项目基本信息管理、成效分析指标管理、年度绩效考核指标管理、单个子项目绩效考核指标管理等绩效评价指标管理两大功能。为土地整治综合项目的建设布局、规划设计、实施监督、检查验收和成效评估提供信息化技术平台。The design and realization of Heilongjiang province comprehensive land management systems of performances, using GIS technology, database technology and network technology, are provided. By in- tegrating land management and special project information this system enables system management func- tions including the area management, department management, linkman management, and expert system query,which provides a performance evaluations on basic information management of project, effective analysis of the performance appraisal target, annual effective analysis target and single indicator perform- ance appraisal target management. It presents a technique platform for comprehensive land management systems construction layout, planning and design, supervision, inspection and acceptance, and effectiveness evaluation.
