摘  要:为了探究生产脱毒百合种球的最佳途径,通过对5种百合进行茎尖切块大小、热处理方式以及病毒唑浓度三方面的试验,探茎尖培养、茎尖培养结合热处理、茎尖培养结合病毒唑、茎尖培养加热处理结合病毒唑4种方法对LVX,CMV,LSV 3种病毒的脱除效果。结果显示:综合考虑存活率和脱毒率,单纯的茎尖培养难以脱除病毒,3种方法结合脱毒的效果最好。即茎尖培养(0.5~0.8mm)加热处理(变温热处理)结合病毒唑(10mg/L)的方法脱除病毒的效果最好。In order to explore the optimum approach for the production of virus-free bulbs of lily, four different culture proce- dures, i. e. , stem point culture, stem point culture combined with heat treatment, stem point culture combined with ribavirin, stem point culture combined with heat treatment and ribavirin, were selected to clarify their elimination efficiency in five lily variations to the virus of LVX, CMV and LSV. The results showed that it was difficult to remove the viruses by the way of stem point culture based on the results of both survival rate and the virus-free rate. On the contrary, the combinations of three methods gave the best elimination efficiency. It is found that the stem point culture (the size of stem point was 0.5~0.8 mm), combined with heat treatment (variable heat treatments) and ribavirin (10 mg/L) exhibited the best virus elimination efficien- cy.
