北京市京津风沙源治理工程生态与经济效益研究与评价

摘　　要：北京市京津风沙源治理工程自2000年开始试点启动,截止2012年已经实施12年,总投入接近40亿元。为明确工程实施后的生态和经济效益,依据北京市园林绿化局防沙治沙办公室截止到2008年的工程跟踪监测本底数据,利用森林生态系统服务价值评估指标体系尝试从生态和经济两个方面对工程实施效果进行研究与评价。Since 2000 start a pilot project, Beijing-Tianjin Sandstorm Sources Control Project in Beijing city has been carrying on for twelve years, with a total investment of nearly 4 billion Yuan RMB. Ecological conditions of project area are improved sig- nificantly, and sustainable development ability of the proiect area is increased significantly. Based on tracking and monitoring background data by the end of 2008, ecological and economical implementation effects of the project have been evaluated in this paper.
