摘　　要：自2011年末金正日病逝至今,金正恩接掌朝鲜政权时间已过半年。在这半年时间里,朝鲜政局基本稳定,金正恩通过"三步曲"接掌朝鲜最高权力,并开始履行国家最高领导权;外交方面,金正恩也展现出比以前更加积极的姿态,呈现出远交近攻之特点;经济发展方面,朝鲜已进入缓慢的复苏之中。总的来说,现今朝鲜的国情远比金正日时代开启之初的情况好得多。执政半年里金正恩处变不惊,措施得当:行孝道以取民心;造时势以立英雄;承祖训以示正统。当前,朝鲜已来到一个十字路口:朝鲜想怎么走,应该怎么走,能怎么走,引人关注。笔者认为,金正恩政权的使命是注重发展,解决民生问题;对其未来发展,给出了三阶段时间表与路线图予以描绘。Since the death of Kim Jung - ii in the end of2011, Kim Jong - un has been the head of DPRK for more than half a year. In the past six month, the political situation of DPRK is mainly stable. Kim Jong - un played a trilogy in outer to take over the power. Foreign policies of Kim Jang - un regime have been much more active, and DPRK has also stepped into slow economic revitalization. As a whole, the situation of DPRK now is much better than the start of Kim Jong - il＇s era. In the past six month, a series of actions taken by Kim Jong - un is fairly proper. At present, DPRK is standing at a crossing. The future of DPRK is highly watched. According to the authors, the mission of Kim Jong - un regime is to resolve the issue of development and peuple~ livelihood. In the end, a three- period time plan and road map is given.
