营养泵对重症肺炎机械通气患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨肠内营养以营养泵的途径输入对重症肺炎机械通气患者免疫功能的影响。方法:40例重症肺炎机械通气患者随机分为营养泵支持组(观察组)和经胃管鼻饲流质支持组(对照组),同时对两组研究对象免疫学指标和营养指标进行检测和记录,并将所得数据进行统计分析。结果:观察组CD3+、CD4+和CD4+/CD8+在营养支持前后分别比较P<0.01,对照组分别比较P<0.05,营养支持后较支持前效果好;营养支持后两组患者总蛋白、血红蛋白、IgM、IgA分别比较P<0.05,观察组较对照组效果好。结论:重症肺炎机械通气者采取营养泵支持方案对改善患者营养状况及提高机体免疫力至关重要。Objective：To explore the influence of the immune function of severe pneumonia patients with mechanical ventilation by nutrition pump input enteral nutrition. Methods：40 cases were ran- domly divided into two groups, nutrition pump support group （observation group） and stomach tube drip feed support group （control group）. The immunological index and nutrition index of the two groups,were collected and analysed. Results： Comparing with the observation group, CD3＋ , CD4＋ , CD4＋/CD8＋ had significantly statistical difference before and after nutrition support（P〈0. 01）, and in the control group, CD3＋, CD4＋, CD4＋/CD8＋ also was significantly statistical difference（P〈 0.05）. The effect was better after nutrition support. After nutrition support,total protein, hemo- globin, IgM, IgA was significant difference in 2 groups（P〈0.05）. The effect of observation group was better than that of control group. Conclusion： Nutrition pump support to improve the nutri- tional status and improve immunity is very important.
